1. Free Use
Resumax provides a 100% free, browser-based resume builder.
There are no paid templates, no subscriptions, and no required payments.
2. Donations
Resumax may offer an optional donation feature that allows users to support the project.
Donations are:
completely voluntary
non-refundable
not tied to access to any features
processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe)
We do not store or handle your payment information.
All payment data is managed securely by the payment processor.
3. No Data Storage
We do not collect, store, process, or transmit personal resume data.
All information you enter in the builder remains locally in your browser.
You acknowledge that:
data may be lost if you clear your browser
data is not synced between devices
we cannot restore your information
4. No Warranty or Guarantees
Resumax is provided “as is” without any warranty.
We do not guarantee:
that all resumes will pass all ATS systems
compatibility with every device
absence of bugs or formatting issues
that the builder will meet specific job application requirements
5. Development Status
Resumax is an actively developing single-developer project.
You may encounter:
minor layout issues
formatting bugs
incomplete features
Updates are released regularly to improve stability and add new templates.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
misuse or attack the service
reverse-engineer the platform
use the service for illegal activity
attempt to circumvent security or modify the code
7. Intellectual Property
All code, UI components, templates, and design elements are the property of Resumax.
You may use the builder to create personal resumes, but you may not:
sell the builder
redistribute or host it elsewhere
market it as your own product
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
